They should also offer Environmental Stress Cleaning or ESS. This testing exposes the military power supply to thermal cycling as well as intense vibration testing. This will expose defects in the power supply and thus the surviving components should have a higher reliability then an un-screened military power supply component or product.
Last but not least, make sure the military power supply company offers any documentation you request without a moments delay and answers all of your questions. A good power supply company will already know that military grade power supplies require military grade testing and should be happy to test any component you decide to purchase.
